TechServ’s
Key Personnel Evaluation and Resume System, KeyPERS
TechServ uses
KeyPERS to manage and control the key personnel section in response to the
Request for Proposal (RFP). This proprietary system is a structured, disciplined
methodology that recognizes the preeminence that key personnel have in the
selection process. KeyPERS has six major components:
- A key personnel tracking
and suspense system to monitor the often fluid changes in position titles,
candidate and nominee names, and the completion status of resumes;
- A Welcome and Data
Call Package for each candidate outlining: the resume development process,
the position description, the RFP keyword list, the input the candidate
must provide, the specifications for references, the resume photography
process, and a resume format for the bid;
- A one-on-one interviewing
process to gather qualifying, measurable data regarding candidate experiences
in disciplines germane to the position proposed;
- A key personnel scoring
matrix, when needed, to measure candidate suitability against RFP criteria,
other high-level work/management criteria, and diplomacy and socioeconomic
criteria;
- A photography session
with each nominee to acquire the right resume picture; and
- A resume tailored
to the specific position proposed, with discriminating qualifiers that will
distinguish the nominee from competitors.
