TechServ's Proposal Management Process, PMP

TechServ designed its Proposal Management Process to join control techniques and concepts found within systems engineering, configuration management, and quality assurance disciplines. TechServ uses its structured Proposal Management Process whenever it manages a client's proposal effort. Training in this proven and proprietary process is provided. TechServ's Proposal Management Process has six major components:

• An outlining and Proposal Development Worksheet phase, to define all issues, risks, graphics, win strategies, technical approaches, schedules, themes, and discriminators as mandatory requirements relevant to and controlled for each proposal work unit;
• A structured proposal architecture and wall layout for constant visibility of proposal progress and rapid integration of themes and ideas across the sections;
• A Mind Mapping workshop process to stimulate creative thinking, and to capture early and in minimal time win strategies, themes, and discriminators;
• A successful process to produce the key personnel section of the proposal, including screening, interviewing, photographing, preparing resumes, and writing the proposal key personnel section;
• A concurrent orals training and presentation development process; and
• A high-end graphics design process to enhance communication to the evaluators.
